Valentines Day in Australia!

In Australia we celebrate Valentine's Day just as the Americans do, on February 14th, with the man giving something to the woman so it's very different to Japan.

In the west, if a woman ever says to her partner "I don't need any presents for Valentine's day" don't believe her! We always want something! Even if it is just a little gesture like a single rose, a cupcake or some flowers. It's a little show of appreciation because Australian men are not known for being the most romantic.
