People who are night owls just like I, go to bed later and wake up later than morning types,
But some commitments, like job duties or child care, can make it difficult to adhere to the “early to bed, early to rise” golden rule 101. You should get the proper amount of sleep you get and the consistency in time, so you'll be healthy.

Sleeping too much or sleeping too little is really bad for your body. It can make you sick even more. Before I was a night owl, but I learned that being a night owl is dangerous in our health when I get sick. In times of Pandemic "Coronavirus", you really have to be extra careful not to lower your immune system or else you'll be sick.
The bottom line is that it's best to go to bed earlier at night and wake up early in the morning. Still, this type of sleep schedule may not work for everyone. I know it's so hard. Your health really matters.
Be wise!
Choose to be healthy and choose the most convenient time for you.
I'm proud to say that I switched from being a night owl to an early bird.
