Where are you now? Are you living in the now?
I consider it to be a very important part of my life. It's easy to get caught up in the past and to worry about the future. This is often where our problems of anxiety and depression come from. But living in the moment actually makes a lot of sense because after all, we're not in the past nor the future. We are here. So why don't we all take a minute to stop what we're doing, and to come back to this moment?
