I'm an Italian/English teacher living in Italy who can speak Japanese.
I'm from Milan and have been teaching Italian/English for over 20 years.
Beginners of Italian are also welcome, as the lessons are a mix of Japanese and English.
I love Japanese culture and learning Japanese. My motto is energetic and fun lessons!
Thank you for visiting my profile.
I'm Marco, I was born and I live in Italy. Italian is my mothertongue and I have been studying english since I was 6 years old. Since 2015 I have been studying japanese, both as a self taught student and with the help of a mothertongue japanese lecturer from the Università di Torino.
I served the Federazione Italiana Vela as a windsailing teacher for 10 years; I worked as a staff teacher in IT small and medium-sized companies where english and italian were spoken; I privately taught piano, electric bass and musical theory.Along with my cafetalk work, I privately teach italian and english to both foreigner kids and adults.
I would be honoured to help my students here on cafetalk learning as an italian and english teacher, wishing that our professional relation could even possibly step up to friendship.
My teaching method aims at focusing the efforts of both the teacher and the students in order to make the best of the time we are given and reach the best results possible by the easiest and most relaxed attitude. My students should count on me for any reason during our lessons, and try to use their own strenght when they practice on their own between one lesson and the next.
One of the aspects that I like to take care of the most, is pronunciation. You can count on me whenever you have a doubt or you feel like you are stuck with any kind of wrong-sounding word. I'll always be there for you, I'll show the way I pronounce each word and I'll speak loud and clear to help you grasp it all.
Whatever kind of exercise my students send me by email, will be carefully checked and fixed if necessary. Feel also free to ask me anything anytime by email or Skype.
In order to make the best of the time we spend together, I'll grant you my all about helping you with all those tasks that basically a student can not fulfill on his own self-studying. Any kind of help request will always be cheerfully welcome.
I offer my lessons to both adults and kids, whatever level they might have reached already, whatever goal my students might aim to (work, travelling, literature, movies, daily conversation, etc).
A few additional informations:
I'm currently working both as an IT consultant and an english and italian for foreigners teacher.
My hobbies are: music, cooking and patisserie, photography, anime and manga, movies, television, astrophysics, basket, animals.
I love chatting, listening to music and watching movies with friends, playing basketball, watching sports on tv.
These links lead to the textbooks that I adopt and recommend to my students (these adoptions are mandatory if you want to take a full standard course with me, but we might just do it otherwise should you prefer another kind of learning plan).
