Hello. I’m British and my name is Roy. I’ve taught at international universities in the UK, China, Turkey, Vietnam, and Japan. During this time, my primary commitment involved developing and teaching a range of courses on cross-cultural communications. While many of these were designed for either students or fellow educators, some focused on the development of business relationships and managing everyday life experiences in a cross-cultural context. I’m also familiar with facilitating learners across a wide range of English ability levels.
 
My current courses are primarily concerned with conversational English communication that seek to help participants to develop confidence in interpersonal exchanges with other English speakers. Then, I design all my own materials that are tailored to meet the specific needs of course participants. Therefore, I initially welcome an opportunity to have an informal meeting without cost or commitment to explore whether I can address your specific requirements.
 
Finally, I believe all learning should be immediately relevant, interesting, and enjoyable. Therefore, I prioritise participants who have a sense of humour in addition to commitment and stickability.
