Hi, My name is Steve Epps and I am an experienced teacher from the USA. I have travelled all over the world and have visitited the beautiful country of Japan many times.
I LOVE to teach and to make my classes fun because you learn more when learning is fun. In my classes you will read, write and learn to use English in new exciting ways. I have over 20 year experience teaching students in Junior High and High School in the USA as well as teaching the past 5 years online.
Some of the classes I have are:
1. Homework help- for Junior and High School students.
2. Speak like an American- we will get you to sound like and understand like an American English speaker.
3. Quick chat- stress free, fun and interactive chat.
4. Short stories- for Junior High and High School. Reading and discussion using great short stories.
5. SAT Reading/Writing help- experienced teaching/proctoring the SAT tests.
6. Basketball- experienced Coach and player who offers advice and help and LOVES basketball.
My classes are WORRY free, do not worry about making mistakes as that is a major part of learning. Expect the classes to be interactive, where you can freely ask questions. If you have a specific question or you need an explanation, please, do not hesitate to ask.
Adaptive- I am very comfortable adapting my lessons to your specific needs.
FUN- if you like to have Fun, while you learn, try out one of my classes. I have experience teaching: Reading, Writing, Speaking and even Grammar(which we can make fun as well)
Also I LOVE basketball and if you have any questions, need help, or just want to talk about Basketball join one of my Basketball classes.
In my free time: I love to jog, watch basketball, read and listen to music. I also Love movies and learning about the world.
Currently I live in sunny Portugal and am learning Portuguese so I understand that it is not easy to learn a foreign language. I hope to see you soon in one of my classes.
