My name is Daniel Chege Mutonga. I am from Kenya. I am a trained teacher of English and Literature up to masters level from the University of Nairobi. I have taught, examined and assessed English as a asubject for 12 years at secondary level in kenya. I am an international examiner with IBO(129608) as well as a national examiner English paper 3 with Kenya National Examinations Council.

My teaching style is student centred whereby the students are free to explore from the knowned to unknowed. I am also friendly to students and allow them to ask questions freely. This, I believe, will foster  a conducive learning environment to learners. My advantage as a teacher is that I have vast experience in teaching the subject. My experience in evaluating the subject ,I think , will work in my advantage. Besides teaching I am greatly interested in extra curriculum activities such as basketball, handball and football.
