Hi Cafe talk students! 

My name is Mike, and I am a native English speaker from New York. I am currently living in Florence, Italy, and I lived for a month last year in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I love both of these beautiful places and the fantastic people who live there.

I have a certification to teach English from TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I try to make my lessons low-pressure and fun with lots of talking. Because you don't want to be bored learning English, we learn things much better when we enjoy it!  I also have reading/writing and speaking/listening activities for you if want them. 

Personally I love running (I ran for my high school and college), soccer, basketball, and snowboarding. But my passion is my volunteer work that I do. I have some pictures of these things below.
