Hello! I'm Tracy, a half Scottish/Egyptian native English teacher from the UK. I have been teaching ESL in Japan for 7 years. I can teach both British and American English. I can also speak Japanese, so I can explain in Japanese if you prefer!

 

I have a friendly and patient personality, I love to help my students feel comfortable and reach their learning goals! I have experience teaching students of all ages, from babies to adults. 


Any level is ok: Basic, advanced or business. I am also available for TOEIC or Eiken lessons at your request. If there is something special you want to learn or talk about, please ask and I can plan a lesson for you, anything is ok.

 For basic lessons we will use easy words and I will help students learn important phrases. 

Advanced students will have the chance to learn more complicated grammar and vocabulary and we will work on natural pronunciation, enunciation and phrasing.

Lessons for children will involve vocabulary, short phrases and questions. We will learn by singing songs and playing some fun games! 

 

I love listening to music and singing karaoke. I also play drums and bass guitar. In my free time I go to live concerts and the gym. I love to travel, inside and outside Japan and eat food from all over the world. I am also a huge Star Wars and video game fan!
