Hello! My name is Tashe and I am 26 years old and I am a TEFL certified teacher with over 4 years of experience in business administration. In my free time I enjoy baking, traveling as well as spending time with my family. I love meeting new people and learning new and exciting things. I have 1-2 years of tutoring experience tutoring students online and offline. In my classroom lessons are flexible, I make learning as relevant as possible and appeal to different learning preferences I try my best to always create useful and relevant learning experiences based on the age group of my students, I use humor in my lessons and accomodate individual interests and career goals. I motivate my students by encouraging them ,getting them involved and by making learning fun. I use lesson plans in which I ususally introduce the tpoic in a fun and creative way, Then i teach the material. Afterwards I always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own, This method can be adjusted based on the students individual needs. I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible, I am easy to reach and will always provide fast responses and  I look forward to having you in my classroom.
