My name is Alba and I am from Western Pennsylvannia, United States, although I currently live in the Dominican Republic, which is a country in the Caribbean. This makes it easy for me to get to the beach, which I love to do!
I love to sing, paint, watch current series and movies on Netflix, and explore new places!
I am easy going and dynamic with all of my lessons, but I specialize in conversational lessons the most. I have helped many students with pronounciation and oral expression in English. I find that it is easier to learn through doing, that is why it is of the upmost importance, that you get to practice the English you learn right away in your everyday life.
I think it's better to learn English through familiar topics or subjects we are interested in, rather than learn from a curriculum we can't make sense of.
I enjoy talking about travelling, hobbies, work experiences, everyday experiences and pretty much anything.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communications, and a TEFL Certificate.
