・For students from 45 countries, I am in charge of 150 classes a year, 130 hours a month.

Only German is used during class.
The most effective way to learn a language is to study in that language. It may be difficult at first, but doing so will overwhelmingly increase the amount of listening to raw German and get used to it. If it is difficult, please do not worry because I will support you in Japanese.
