Hello!

Do you want to learn how to communicate effectively in English with a QUALIFIED TEACHER and NATIVE English speaker? Are you a beginner or a more advanced English speaker looking to speak fluent English? Maybe you want to learn business English? Whether you are looking for an English lesson for your child or for a more advanced level of English, let's do it together! I believe you can read many books on English or can listen to many English recordings, but it is only when you speak English that you will learn it quickly and effectievly. I will guide you as you speak, listening attentively to you, to find improvements in all areas - pronunciaition, grammer, sentence structure and vocabulary.

I am a qualified teacher with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education. I have 8 years teaching experience (that includes teaching 5 year old children right up to teaching adults!!). I have a passion for inspiring and motivating others, which is why I also work as a Life Coach. Regarding teaching, I believe 3 things are required - an experienced teacher with strong motivation and enthusiasm to drive and inspire you, the student, a strong relationship between student and teacher and a student with an openness to learn.

I have travelled a lot! I lived in London for 2 years, Australia for another 2 years and also spent time living in New Jersey, USA and in Montreal, Canada. I love outdoor activities so much, especially extreme sports, so Canada is definitely my playground for this! I have also travelled around South America, New Zealand and much of Europe. I play the Spanish guitar and am an intermediate french speaker.

My teaching style is mainly based on conversation. I believe you must be able to speak and hear English at a certain level, before you can begin to write and read. I introduce gentle reading from here, if you have not ead already. I base my topics around the things that interests you, the student. Whatever hobbies or likes that you have in life are important because this will motivate you to get the most out of your learning. Building on vocabulary, grammar etc are all improved through this way. My aim is not just to have you speaking English fluently, but to have you speaking English fluently and loving it.
