Hello everyone, my name is Flo!

Currently, I am an entrepreneur and own a small company here in the Philippines. In the past, I worked in contact or call centers for seven years and supervised a team. My clients are Aussie and native English speakers. I love working with people so I decided to start a business of my own.
However, I missed supervising and teaching people around me so I decided to get a side hustle: teaching English online. You see, outside a call center, it is not usual to speak in English all the time. Now, I  have the opportunity to talk with students online, teach them basic English and still pursue both of my passion: from teaching to business. 

As of now, I had been teaching English online for a year and always had fun doing it. I do teach conversational English and you may want to check out my lessons for it as well. 

On the other hand, I also wanted to expand these teaching experiences by being able to share and teach my native language as well. My native language is called Tagalog. Most people would find it difficult, others finds it amusing. 

If you are reading my profile and answers "yes" to all the questionares below, then you are ready to learn Tagalog with me: 

1.) Do you need to learn Tagalog so you can understand your friend, your special someone or for yourself to show that you can? 

2.) Have you tried to look up vocabularies online or dictionaries but still not certain how to use it in a conversation? 

3.) Do you need Tagalog as trendy and is usually conversational? 

4.) Do you need a teacher who is patient, and fun to work with? 

5.) Do you need a teacher who will push you to learn more and even creates individual lessons that cater to your needs and pace of learning? 


If your answers to the questions above are mostly 'yes', then I AM RIGHT here for you. You've come to the right profile!

So the next thing to do is, how do we start? 

When you pick me as your teacher, kindly expect the following: 

1. I can teach students from teenagers(10yrs old and above) to adults. 

2. I can start teaching with introductory lesson so I can gauge where you at with learning the Tagalog language. 

3. Then, I prefer doing personalised lessons to cater your language needs. I will also let you choose which topics you would like to begin with. In this way, you will be able to learn firsts the lessons you would like to have. 

Lessons will include  one or more of the following : worksheets, written and mostly verbal exercises, real world situations, role playing and environment simulation and/or sample questions and answers. 

4.If you are excited as I am, that is good. I like to let you know that I work very hard so you will learn. 

5. Always ask if you do not know or need clarifications to any part of the lesson materials.
