Hello.
I am from Hiroshima, Japan.
I’m 38 years old native Japanese speaker and have been teaching Japanese language to non-native speakers for 3 years now.
What was your first purpose that made you want to learn Japanese?
How long have it taken since you taught/ learned Japanese since then?
Are you still struggling to learn Japanese?
Do you still have your first motivation?
If you are losing your first purpose lately, I want to say to you, “it’s okay.”
It proves that you are natural human.
First, you found that learning language is kind of cool.
Then you check internet or book store what is the easiest way to learning language.
You follow the method and remember some of words, grammar and phrases.
It’s new and fun.
But gradually, you become to think, oh this is difficult than I’d expected.
Let me explain my thought about learning language while I’ve learned English on my own.
(I’m still working on it though)
Learning language is not so easy work.
It’s hard, difficult, boring and quiet.
You talk yourself for practicing your pronunciation or remembering new phrases.
Even though you have no idea if it’s correct pronunciation/phrase or not.
Having online lessons every day is not easy.
You have work, have something to do and it takes a cost.
In my opinion, the best use of taking online lesson is for your conversation.
You can learn phrases, grammar, words by yourself at home in front of your desk.
So what can’t you do by yourself, CONVERSATON.
To talk and to listen.
Technically, you can train by yourself of your listening skill though.
Mostly I teach absolute beginners and beginners of learning Japanese.
Some of my students took N5 and N4 of JLPT last year.
But if you are intermediate or advanced learner, I recommend you to have more trained teacher who has lots of experience.
Because I also am a beginner of teaching Japanese.
(I have taught only around 30 students yet)
That is why I arranged my lessons very reasonable.
But of course I’ll do my best for all of you.
If you’re considering to take my lessons, this will be our common purpose.
You’ll be a person who can speak, write, listen and read Japanese like I do in English.
My English is not perfect, but you can understand.
This will be your first goal for learning Japanese.
Thanks for visiting my page.
Good luck your study!
