WHO AM I?

I am Audrey, a French teacher for foreigners in UK. I have been teaching French as a foreign language since 2014 to students of all ages both in large and small groups as well as in 1-to-1 classes. I am a certified examiner for the examinations of DELF/DALF which are organized and recognized by French government. In German high schools and I have conducted classes for preparation to these examinations for those who requested.

HOW A LESSON WITH ME LOOKS LIKE?

In my online classes, you will have... A LOT OF FUN! VERY IMPORTANT to learn a new language! :)

I always try to do my best to help my students. I consider learning and teaching languages not only as a profession, but also as a personal passion. For me it is a great way to learn about different cultures and transfer this information to the others. While I have been teaching French to many people from all around the world, I have also been learning German and English from others, and more recently I have also started learning Italian and Turkish. I consider that not only this helps me better understand the connections between different languages, but it also positively reflects on my interactions with my students because I find that this passion spreads to them as well.

FOR WHO?

Since obtaining my master´s degree in teaching French as a foreign language in 2016, I have been teaching French for adults in a french language school in France in a more adapted manner to the needs of each student, including terminology in fields of medicine, politics, marketing and law. In addition to teaching in class, I have also been teaching online via Skype for students of all ages from many countries since 2016, which enabled me to reach out a broader range of students and pushed me to discover new tools and approaches of technology for language teaching.

WHAT I LIKE TO DO?

In addition to my experience in teaching French, I have various other interests and experiences which I consider contribute greatly on my performance as a teacher. I love travelling around the world, discovering new cultures and learning new languages. This is why I love my job : I can pass and share my knowledge to people who want to learn more about French language and culture and i can discover their culture at the same time. We can travel around the world just by sitting in a room!
