BEFORE THE LESSON
Phones sounds off
Peaceful environment
Prepare a cushion to sit on, while meditating or a chair is fine
Or even lying down on the floor
Relaxing room with low light (not too low!ahah)
Relaxed but not sleeping, so sleep a little bit before the lesson so you are fresh and recharged :D
I will teach you how to breathe and meditate (Mindfulness).
