教科書で習った通りの日本語は味気なく、たとえ文法が合っていたとしても不自然に感じることもあります。
心がこもった手紙にしたい、プロフェッショナルな文にしたい、自然に意味が通じる日本語を書きたいなど、リクエストがあれば先にお知らせください。
専門的な知識がいるものでなければ、ビジネス文書も大丈夫です。（会社で事務系の仕事の経験が10年以上あります。）
私は今までも友人から頼まれて何度か添削をしたことがあるのですが、できるだけ原文を生かした添削を心がけています。
