Description
This is beginner friendly lesson for all age groups.
In this lesson students would be introduced to the Traditional Tribal Art form of Maharashtra, India called as Warli. This used to be made by the tribals to decorate their mud houses. The motifs including the elements they saw around them like houses, flocks, trees, people doing daily chores, farms etc. The compositions included depicting daily life and festivals. They used simple geometric shapes to create these elements. Their paint was made from wet rice flour and their fingers were the brush.
in this lesson, students will learn to create an intricate Peacock in Warli style.
