Lesson Pack Details
This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

このクラスの受講を申し込む前に、「準備クラス」に申し込んで希望をおしえてくださると、あなたの好きな時間にあなたの希望に添った日本語のレッスンを準備しますので、よりあなたに合ったペースと内容で日本語を学ぶことができます。文字、発音、文法、会話、フリートーク、読解など。参加の頻度と曜日、時間などはあなたの都合で決めることができます。このパックは４回の授業のパックですが、１回のみの授業も別にご用意していますので、ご利用ください。
このレッスンは１回45分の授業で、週に1回のペースで1か月4回に分けて受講するのが一般的ですが、受講者の希望により、最大1日に90分（２レッスン）まで、1週間では最大２日（つまり最大90分x2回で1週間１８０分）までの範囲で申し込むこともできます。それ以上のペースですと、調整をお願いすることがあります。また、テキストに従った学習の場合には受講者が自分の分を用意する必要があります。
このパックの有効期間は30日間です。
こちらで同じテキスト（あるいは類似のものなど）が用意できれば、学校での学びを補助することも可能です。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
