2. Vocabulary Building (5 minutes):
- Introduce key business-related vocabulary or industry-specific terms.
- Provide definitions, examples, and context for each term.
- Encourage the student to use the vocabulary in sentences or short conversations.
3. Role-play Scenario (10 minutes):
- Present a realistic business scenario (e.g., a sales call, negotiation, or presentation).
- Assign roles to the student and yourself, or act as a client or colleague.
- Engage in a role-play conversation, focusing on effective communication skills.
- Provide feedback on language usage, tone, and clarity.
4. Business Writing Exercise (5 minutes):
- Introduce a brief writing task relevant to business communication (e.g., an email, memo, or proposal).
- Specify the purpose, target audience, and any specific requirements.
- Set a time limit for completion and encourage concise, professional writing.
- Review the written piece together, offering suggestions for improvement.
5. Summary and Wrap-up (5 minutes):
- Recap the main points covered in the lesson.
- Provide feedback on the student's progress and areas to focus on.
- Offer additional resources or homework assignments for further practice.
- End the lesson on a positive note, encouraging the student's continued growth in business English.
