Lesson Pack Details
This is a 5-lesson pack. You will be issued 4 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

This is a pack that you can freely choose 5 times
in a 45 minute lesson.
（ただし、日本語講師対象のレッスンは含まれません）
45分1レッスンあたり1500ポイントになります。
たとえば、「じっくり自由会話」のレッスンなら、200point割引になります！
レッスンは続けて予約することも可能です。
受講期限は60日となります。各レッスンの長さは45分です。
※初回のレッスン完了後はポイントの払い戻しはできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

初回のリクエスト確定時に、全回数分のポイントが消費されると同時に、
残り4 回分の「100%OFFクーポン」が自動発行されます。
パックレッスンの2回目以降はそのクーポンをご利用でリクエストしてください。
なお、初回レッスン日から60日以内に全てのレッスンを受講頂くようお願いします。
2回目以降のレッスンは、必ず1回目のレッスン確定日以降にリクエストください。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
