Description
敬語（けいご）を間違（まちが）えると、相手（あいて）にとても失礼（しつれい）になることもあります。
目上（めうえ）の人（ひと）だけではなく、初対面（しょたいめん）の人や、お客様（きゃくさま）に対（たい）してなど、敬語を使（つか）う場面（ばめん）はたくさんあります。自信（じしん）を持（も）って敬語を使えるように練習（れんしゅう）しましょう。
