It could be a problem, a big decision you need to make, or a relationship or work situation.. I'm here to listen and help you to gain some perspective and insight into it.
I can also provide reassurance and support and show you ways to help cope with anxiety, stress and dissatisfaction in life.
Perhaps you'd like to talk about how you're feeling about your life, and the direction you're going in.. or maybe you're feeling stuck - let's spend some time exploring your feelings, ideas and options..
Well-being Therapy gives you a space to explore your thoughts & feelings with a supportive & understanding counsellor.
- If you'd like to get to meet me first, tell me about your situation and discuss how we can work together, you can request the Intro Therapy Session.
- If you'd like to book 3 Sessions at a discount that option is also available in my list of classes. Please be aware that Cafetalk sessions of over 35 min can only be delivered by Skype.
