【Class description】
This class is a total body deep stretch for flexibility. It is all levels and beginner-friendly class. If you have tight shoulders, hips or back, if you are doing any kind of sports or hiking, or if you feel tired or stiff in your body, this class is for you. Depending on which part of your body you want to work on, I will do my best to creat a perfect class for you. Expect to feel light, released and relaxed after the class. I hope to see you i the class! (There is also 30min half class.)
