Lesson Pack Details
This is a 3-lesson pack. You will be issued 2 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

每次上老師的課程都感受到老師滿滿的活力，也再次感受到了老師對教學的熱忱，真的很喜歡上老師的課，老師總是會很耐心的聽完我所說的，在幫忙修改打成日本人會講的話，讓我可以知道自己講出來的句子，哪些地方是不對的，以及要如何修改，也透過跟著老師閱讀新聞，學到更多有關日本文化的事情，希望能慢慢跟著老師學習到更多… moreAug 11, 2024 -

跟著老師學習了幾次，在老師身上感受到對學生的用心，不論是上一次的課程進度，亦或是針對上一堂課時間不夠來不及說明的地方，老師都會用心的記住，並在下次上課的時候另外提供補充資料來做說明，每次的課後回饋，也可感受到老師對教學的熱情跟用心，希望之後能跟著老師，用各種不同的方式來學習日文~Jul 30, 2024 -
