Lesson Pack Details
This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the confirmation date of the first request.
レッスンの詳細
この4回レッスンパッケージ（Pacchetto da 4 lezioni）は、イタリア語を一カ月の間に（30日間）続けて勉強したい生徒のために最適です。 つまり常に週一回受講する生徒にぴったり！ただ、これでディスカウントで購入できます！
1レッスン（50分）：3000ポイント
4レッスン（50分x4）：12000ポイント 10000ポイント 16.6％オフ！
もちろん一カ月の間で自由に分散できますので、週一回ではなくても大丈夫ですが、非常に忙しい時期には、週２回できない場合もあります。ご了承ください。

★どのような仕組か：
このパッケージを買うとき、あなたは初めてのレッスンをいつものように予定します。初回のリクエスト確定時に、3 回分の『100％オフクーポン』が自動発行されますので、次のレッスンからは、そのクーポンをご利用頂けます。なお、初回レッスンの日から30日以内に全てのレッスンを受講頂くようお願いします。
★先生は休暇中だとどうなりますか？
もしパックを購入してからの30日の間に私のスケジュールでは一週間連休があれば、30日間の有効期限が切れた場合は、私が休んだ分で余ったクーポンを延長いたします。
★パックレッスンのドタキャンの場合は（レッスン開始時間の24時間以内）どうなりますか？
Cafetalkで7年間の経験を積んでから、パッククーポンをいつも取ることにしました。
理由は、週1回レッスンで忙しいことを予想すると、他の生徒からのリクエストを受け取れなくなるのですね。
お手数ですが、月4回は難しいようでしたら、直接単独リクエストにしましょう！ :)

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
• Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
• Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ Coupon will be consumed.
• No-Show→ Coupon will be consumed.
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
