  多くの資料を提示しながら説明してくださったのでとても理解しやすかったです。黒人差別の問題については勉強したことはありましたが、奴隷貿易のことは知らなかったので驚きました。人間としてではなく物のように扱われていたと聞き、とても悲しく、同じようなあやまちを繰り返してはいけないと感じました。

Those pictures with her explanations were very vivid. It is important to learn about how slave trades started and their impacts on current social inequality and injustice. Viewing how black people from west Africa were never treated with humanity and dignity, I feel sad and miserable. However, knowing the histrorical perspective is valuable for me to understand black American heritage and how that may influence thier lives and their thoughts and their constant challenges to fight for true equality in modern American society. close
