「謡」を腹式呼吸で発生すると気分も爽快。ストレス発散。
Noh is a musical that uses songs, dances, dialogues, and performances in a modern way. Among them, the one that is easy to get started with is the song (Utai), which is generated by putting the script of the song and the dialogue on the melody.
時々、「おどり」にあたる「舞」のレッスンもして「インナーマッスル」も鍛えましょう。もし広いスペース（６から８畳程度）があれば、本格的な動きのレッスンも可能ですが、狭い場所なりに工夫できるアドバイスもしますね。
これであなたも理想的な体幹を身につけられるでしょう。
