Description
I love stretching and just recently I reached my goal of doing a split, and I found stretching liberating for my body and soul, so maybe it will bring the same positive and informative experience to you. I would like to let all my potential students know that I do not possess any certificate or credential in stretching. The lesson is purely constructed from my own interest and hobby.
