“Each pose is held for a long time.”
This is one of the main characteristics of Yin Yoga.
It works on the connective tissue which is deeper than the muscles, and brings various effects to the body such as relaxation of the whole body, improvement of flexibility, deep breathing and meditation.
◎What you need to prepare ◎
・Yoga mat (or a large bath towel)
・Comfortable clothes to move in
・Cardigan and socks to keep your body warm
・Water
------
The basic flow of the lesson is as follows.
First of all, let your whole body relax and or warm up the body.
Poses that focus on the upper body.
Then:
Focus on the lower body,
Poses to help with lower back pain,
Poses to stretch the sides of the body, etc.
Depending on the situation, we will focus on various parts of the body.
Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate poses that seem relaxing, but also challenge you and make you sweat.
In a 45-minute lesson, you will do 5 to 7 poses as a guide.
At the end, we will move into a relaxation pose to calm the whole body.
Get up at the sound of the bell.
Sit and breathe together to end the lesson.

That's it for the basic flow.

We can also respond to various other requests.
