※notice
I usually use Japanese in this lesson.
However, if you need to use English, feel free to ask me :)
I will try to use English in this lesson!!
This lesson focuses on "breathing out", which is the method of Toshiro Kato, a breathing teacher.
The only two things to pay attention to are "exhaling" with "tanden". By breathing out fully, you also breathe in as much as you breathe out.
I will guide you to an understanding of this rhythm.
In this lesson, we will turn our attention to the breathing that we usually do without thinking and awaken the hidden ability in our subconscious.
◎What you need to prepare ◎
・A yoga mat or towel that does not hurt when you lie on your back (if you are using a tatami mat, you do not need to bring it).
・ Cushions that will not hurt your buttocks when you sit down (if you have them)
・Tissues (for one nostril breathing)
------
I will explain the basic flow of the lesson.
In the first 8 minutes, we do some movements to relax the body.
You will lie on your back and stretch a little, and we will change a little from time to time.
After that, continue to breathe as you normally would while lying on your back. Next, focus on your abdomen, and breathe out while lying on your back.
Then slowly get up and move on to the main part, where you sit down and focus on exhaling through your belly.
In the 60-minute lesson, we will also do a little more advanced breathing. In some cases, we will breathe while standing up.
Finally, we will sit down and focus on "exhaling" with awareness of the "tanden".
Then open your eyes and say hello.
------
This is the basic flow.
It is simple, but it may be difficult at first to concentrate only on "exhaling".
We will guide you slowly, so please come with a relaxed mind.
If you are pregnant or undergoing treatment for high blood pressure, please consult your doctor and come as soon as you receive permission.
