※あくまでもアドバイスです。
特に緊張対策について、絶対にこれが効く！といった特効薬のような【方法】はありません。ただ、当講師を含め、誰かの経験談を参考にご自身のやり方をつくっていくことはできます。「ちょっと誰かの経験談を参考にしてみたい」という方にはおすすめです。
