“Sleeping beauty”, “Cinderella”, "Rapunzel", and “Hansel and Gretel” are timeless fairy tales. But who were the Grimm brothers? This lesson overviews their life and explores the main themes and imagery of one of their famous fairy tales.
  • Using a PowerPoint presentation, we will talk about the Grimm brothers’ life. 
  • We will talk about different Grimm's tales.
  • We will discuss what fairy tales are.
  • Using images, we will overview one fairy tale, discuss what you know about it, and explore its plot, and themes.
  • Using pictures, we will compare this tale with fairy tales from different parts of the world.
