Lesson Pack Details
This is a 5-lesson pack. You will be issued 4 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 45 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

今日のできごと・思ったこと・話したいこと・聞きたいこと…。なんでもいいです！
相手（あいて）と順番（じゅんばん）に書いて、こうかんします。

1.講師（こうし）から、交換日記のフォーマットを送ります
2.生徒（せいと）さんは、手紙のように好きなことを書いて、カフェトークのメッセージで講師に送ってください
3.添削てんさく（まちがったところを直すこと）して、講師からも日記を送ります
4.講師の日記を読んで、また生徒さんが日記を書いて送ります
☆2～4をくりかえします。生徒さんが5回、講師が5回書きます。
☆講師は3日以内に返事（へんじ）を書きます。
☆レッスンの期限は、45日間です。期限を過ぎると、残りの交換とskypeレッスンができなくなりますので、ご注意（ちゅうい）ください。
☆5回目の交換のあと、skypeで15分の説明をします。
（skypeは、希望する方だけです。やらなくてもだいじょうぶです）

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
• Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
• Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ Coupon will be consumed.
• No-Show→ Coupon will be consumed.
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded.
