Learn Phrasal Verbs with me
課程介紹
Phrasal verbs are usually two-word phrases. If you think of phrasal verb as a separate verb with a specific meaning, you will be able to remember it more easily. Like many other verbs, phrasal verbs often have more than one meaning.
As well as learning their meanings, you need to learn how to use them properly. Some phrasal verbs require a direct object (someone / something), while others do not. Some phrasal verbs can be separated by the object, while others cannot.
Examples of a phrasal verb without a direct object: ask around, burn out
Examples of a phrasal verb with a direct object: ask somebody out, come down with something
Most people are using these verbs without evening knowing they are phrasal verbs. A lot of them are very similar, so it is good to understand their meanings to make sure you are using them correctly.
In this short lesson, I will teach you phrasal verbs and you are going to make 1-2 sentences with each of them. It will help you remember them better if you make the sentences.
I am looking forward to seeing you ^_^
