固っ苦しく考えないで下さいね。
実をいうと政治学は歴史がデータとなります。
なので世界史と国際政治学がダブル、と申し上げた次第です。
政治学の専門用語で国際関係史に当たると考えて下さい。
参考までに地域をお伝えします。

⇒イラン、トルコ、イラク、サウジアラビア、イスラエル、など
③ヨーロッパ
⇒ドイツ、イタリア、フランス、イギリス、ポーランド、オーストリア、など
④インド・東南アジア
⇒ベトナム、カンボジア、インド、タイ、ミャンマー、パキスタン、など
基本的には以上の地域を扱いますが必要に応じて他の地域も扱います。
大雑把な区分です。
研究者によっては説が異なる場合もございますので。
国際政治からみた世界史と解釈していただければ幸いです。
迷っていましたら各国の歴史でも構いません。
