Lesson Pack Details
This is a 3-lesson pack. You will be issued 2 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

個別のお悩みに合わせて話し方の指導を行います。
伝わる話し方をレッスンで身につけましょう！
・「何を言いたいのかわからない！と言われる・・・」
→聞きやすい声を出すための発声練習や、説明力のトレーニング
・「プレゼン本番が近くて困ってる・・・」
→プレゼンで意識すべきことのレクチャーと実際にやっていただいてのフィードバック
・「人前で話すときあがってしまう・・・」
→話す前の準備の方法と意識すべきことのレクチャー、話す練習とフィードバック
など
それぞれの課題をヒアリングしてそれに合わせたレッスンを行います。
★3回パックでより確実な変化を実感いただけます。
【レッスンの流れ（一例）】
（5分）挨拶と課題のヒアリング （5分）発声練習（声の出し方のコツとトレーニング） （30分）課題に合わせたトレーニング（スピーチ練習や、プレゼンのコツ、実際のテーマに沿った対話練習などなど）
（5分）フィードバックと今後に向けてのアドバイス
楽しく、変化を感じるレッスンを行います☆

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
• Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
• More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
• Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
• No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
