[Intermediate] Review and analyze the lyrics of any song in English to learn new vocabulary, slang, and have a deeper understanding of the song.
Material
Description
For this lesson, you can pick up to 2 songs, or I can pick the song.
We will listen to the song (if the song has a music video, we will watch the video). Then, we will read through the lyrics line by line, discussing for meaning and vocabulary.
We can even sing too!
Examples:
- Disney songs such as A Whole New World (Aladdin) or Let It Go (Frozen)
- Ghibli songs such as Country Roads (Whisper of the Heart)
- English Anime song dubs such as Fire Force OP Inferno, My Hero Academia Peace Sign, Naruto Shippuden Silhouette, Tokyo Ghoul Unravel and Attack on Titan Opening.
