Description
We will pick a student's favorite TV show or film in English. Watch a short clip and discuss themes, grammar, vocabulary, idioms, and have a conversation emulating the same topic in real world English.
The student must provide a clip (YouTube, etc.) of a movie or tv show they are currently watching or are interested in. If you like sci-fi or romance or cartoons or action, we can use a real world clip and have fun understanding it.
This course is also good for those that are at an intermediate level of English and need listening and comprehension practice. This will be real pace, real vocabulary and idioms, and native speakers so it is very good practice out of a textbook.
*For this 35 minute class, students will choose a clip in advance and provide the link before class time starts.
