Description
This lesson can be modified to fit beginner-advanced English language learners.
We will begin by reading a short article about a current news story together. There will be 10-15 key words omitted from the article, and as we read you will select the best word from the word bank to fill in the blank!
Next, we will do some vocabulary matching exercises, followed by synonym matching.
Finally, we will finish up the lesson with comprehension questions and a general discussion about the topic!
