Do you feel like you need to talk about something in your life?
It could be a problem, a big decision you need to make, or a relationship or work situation. I'm here to listen and help you gain some perspective and insight into it.
I can also provide reassurance and support and show you ways to help cope with anxiety, stress, and dissatisfaction in life.
Perhaps you'd like to talk about how you're feeling about your life and the direction you're going in, or maybe you're feeling stuck. Let's spend some time exploring your feelings, ideas, and options.
What is Person-Centred Counselling?
Person-centered counseling is a personal growth model that aims to help clients achieve self-actualization, which is the process of reaching their full potential and becoming their true self.
- Client-led: The client is believed to be the expert in their life and leads the general direction of therapy, while the therapist takes a non-directive role.
- Unconditional positive regard: The therapist provides a nonjudgmental environment conducive to honest self-exploration and accepts the client fully.
- Empathic understanding: The therapist sees the client's viewpoint as if they were the client and tries to understand their perspective.
If you'd like to book longer sessions or 3 Sessions at a discount, those options are also available in my list of classes.
