Relax your whole body and take deep breaths into your body.
I offer a time for you to take a break from your daily routine and respect yourself first.
I hope that those who are new to yoga and are afraid to take a class, or those who are not sure if they will be able to continue with just a breathing lesson, will also enjoy this class.
The yoga and breathing lessons are generally gentle and not difficult at all.
The whole body moves softly, stretching parts of the body that are not normally stretched, and the stiff neck and shoulders or pelvic area are loosened while doing gentle yoga poses for about 30 minutes.
After that, we will take about 10 minutes of breathing time to get out of our normal routine and clear our heads.

Here is a basic lesson flow.
At the beginning of the lesson, we will begin with movements to stretch the upper body and relax the neck and shoulder area.
After that, we will move slowly, relaxing the hip joint area, and do poses with large movements of the upper body.
The mini-yoga lesson lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The remaining 10 minutes or so will be spent doing a simple version of a breathing lesson, either in a seated position or on your back, focusing only on the exhalation.
Finally, we will end the meditation with the sound of a bell, and then sit and breathe together to complete the lesson.
This is the basic flow.
