Using the flow movements called "Moon Salutations", which was developed to have a positive effect on women’s bodies and minds, and combining it with Yin Yoga, we aim to open the pelvis and hip joints, which play an important role in the female body, to regulate hormone balance, to eliminate cold and swelling, and to create a calm and feminine body. The aim of the lesson is to increase your energy.

◎What you need to bring
Yoga mat (or large bath towel)
Wear clothes that are easy to move in
A jacket or socks to keep the body cool (not necessary)

Here is a basic lesson flow.
At the beginning of the lesson, we will begin with movements to stretch the upper body and relax the neck and shoulder area.
Then, we will do a flow movement called "Moon Salutation" to stretch the whole body slowly and firmly.
“Sun Salutation" is mostly vertical movements, while "Moon Salutation" is horizontal movements.
The hip joints, thighs, and other parts of the body will be moved firmly.
The level of difficulty can be adjusted, but even beginners can move their bodies slowly and comfortably.
After that, we will do two to three Yin Yoga poses to approach the lower half of the body.
Finally, we will complete Shavasana (resting pose) with the sound of bells, and end the class by sitting down and breathing together.
