※notice
I usually use Japanese in this lesson.
However, if you need to use English, feel free to ask me :)
I will try to use English in this lesson!!
This is a yoga lesson that uses the whole body in a big way to warm up the body.
Afterwards, we hold poses for a long time, which also has a relaxation effect.
We combine these two to improve the circulation of the whole body and create deep relaxation.
In the 60-minute class, for the first half of the class we will more thoroughly relax the body, and in the second half of the class will have more time to hold Yin Yoga poses, and more poses.
◎What you need to prepare ◎
・Yoga mat (or a large bath towel)
・Comfortable clothes to move in
・Cardigan and socks to keep your body warm
・Water
------
The following is the basic flow of the lesson.
At the beginning of the lesson, we relax the body and do Yoga breathing techniques.
We begin with preparatory exercises.
After that, we do movement that uses the whole body to relax the hip joints and poses with large upper body movements and standing poses to warm up the whole body.
Some poses may be a little challenging.
For about the last 20 minutes, we'll start to cool down and do one pose for a long time. This is Yin Yoga.
From a seated position, spread your legs and curl your body or stretch the sides of the body from a prone position.
Do two to four poses as needed.
(Hold each pose for two to five minutes.)
Finally, enter a pose on your back that promotes relaxation and calms the whole body.
Get up at the sound of the bell
Sit and breathe together to end the lesson.
---
That's it for the basic flow.
We can handle various requests, such as:
-Focusing on the upper body
-Focusing on the lower body
-I want to move powerfully
-I want to focus on relaxation
-I'm new to yoga and don't know much about it, so I want to start with the basics
We can also accommodate various needs.
If you are pregnant or have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, I unfortunately cannot accept you. I apologize for the inconvenience.
