I had my first yoga lesson with Cocomi today and it was excellent! After one hour of poses and meditation, I felt less tense in my shoulders and back. Cocomi was very helpful with my poses. The pace was perfect for me, not too easy and not too difficult. I enjoyed her chants and soothing voice, too. They helped me to relax. I think she is very skilled at teaching yoga!
