She explains well how to do the exercises properly so that I can fix my form and get the maximum benefit from our short sessions together. She is also encouraging when some of the exercises are new/hard for me, which is nice. I have been taking her 20 minute session on a weekly basis recently and I feel motivated to keep going. I am looking forward to working with her more. (なつみ先生、引き続きよろしくお願いします!)

A 30-minute workout was perfect for me. I want to get fit, but my motivation level is actually pretty low. I appreciate having personal training lessons with Natsumi to help me stay accountable! Thank you for the training today. I was glad that you corrected my form during the exercises and gave me some helpful advice for doing them properly. I hope I can do another training again sometime. For now, I'll try to repeat the exercises we did this time with good form!

This was my first lesson with Natsumi and I enjoyed it very much. I asked specifically to do stretches to become more mobile/flexible and after a quick chat, she was happy to guide me straight into it. Would recommend!
