My yoga and meditation session with Rio V was wonderful! Rio is super friendly and a great yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive about what you want to stretch or relax. She had a flow planned and then adjusted as we went based on my level. It was fun and very relaxing. I will definitely sign up for Yoga with Rio again!
