Bert went through the grammatical cases very thoroughly, giving tips as to how the German articles could be linked so that it would be easier for memory retention. Learnt a lot from this hour-long lesson and definitely look forward to more sessions with Bert!

非常に熱心で丁寧に教えてくれました。またたくさんのマテリアルを使用してくれましたし、使ったアイテムをフィードバックで送ってくれたので感心しました。ただ私のレベルがとても低かったので先生に申し訳なかったと思います。

This trial lesson was very interesting and certainly the most productive. Bert does one thing that puts him apart from other tutors - he uses powerpoint presentations to teach and makes use of presentation tools to write the forms of every particular word being learnt at any time. This makes the learner listen, read and speak along with him - three aspects of language learning within one Skype call. Definitely recommended.

事前に質問票をいただけたので、受講前に考えをまとめることができ、落ち着いて授業に臨むことができました。
とても教えるのが上手く、こちらの話もじっくり聞いて、こちらが自信なくても褒めてくださるので、段々とリラックスして話せるようになりました。質問に答えたり、絵を描写したり、自分で考えて表現するいい練習になりました。
今回は動詞と前置詞の組み合わせをいろいろ教えていただき、復習用の素材もいただいたのでまたがんばって勉強したいと思います。
私はまだまだ、質問に考えてから答えてしまうので、次のレッスンのときは、もっと反射的に応えることができるように同じ質問でもいいので繰り返し練習ができればな、と思っています。 -

Mr. Bert's lesson is very creative. He gave me a lot of materials every after lesson. This is very useful and great material. I really want to use well however, I did not have enough time to review, So, now he could adjust my level and gave me comfortable situation to learn. I will keep learning from him. He is really a sincere and good tutor. Since he organizes the material, I should study harder. It had been so busy for me and I could not didn't review, but he supported me well. Although skipe connection was not good, he really cares and followed up.

さすがプロの先生です。今回テキストを使用してのレッスンでしたが、ただ話すだけのネイティブの先生とは一線を置きます。理由説明があったので私にはとてもよかったです。あれも教えたいこれも・・という感じでちょっと駆け足的でついていくのにやっとではありましたが（苦笑）少し時間を延長してまでキリのいいところまで教えてくださいました。ありがとうございました。

Thank you for the lesson!! He is So nice and professional. His explanation is really great and easy to understand. He tries to make sure by sentence making or dictionary to help student's comprehension. I recommend his lesson to German learners of all levels. And I wil continue taking his lesson!! After taking the 50-minute lesson, I think that Bert is one of the good German teachers I have ever met. He is very professional. After I answered him a few questions, he immediately knew which level I am at. (Even though this is a lesson for beginner, there are still A1 to B2 in this category...)I was very impressed with his competency. Then he taught me many grammatical concepts and verbs by sentence making, online dictionary and the like. After the lesson, he initially offered me with interactive exercises , notes and lesson review. If you care about efficiency and effectiveness, it is definitely prudent to choose Bert as your German teacher. In my case, I am too busy to finish doing the homework...but he also let me finish it in the classes. So his classes are not time pressing as well. Furthermore, he is able to explain the subtle differences and definitions effectively in English and by online dictionary. Therefore, his classes are suitable for students at any level. One more thing, there is no need for you to bring any pen or paper for jolting notes, he will send the reviews to you afterwards. You can concentrate in only learning in classes. Looking forward to my next lesson!
