Hello,

I am a new teacher in Cafetalk and I would like to introduce my self.

My name is Arturo, I am Mexican and I live in Mexico City. However, I haven't lived here my whole life. I spent the first 18 years of my life in Queretaro, a small city with a population of more than 1 million people. After I graduated from High School, I went to University in Mexico City, I entered the National Autonomous University of Mexico. After finishing my studies in Communication Science I started working in different areas like multimedia production and English translations. 

Recently I decided to open myself to new opportunities and that's why I started to teach English at home to local people. Time after, I knew about Cafetalk and I really liked the idea of teaching online. I think, with this kind of platforms, the excuses to avoid learning a language are over. 

As a Teacher, I try to give my best in every class. I am interested in making the learning process fun and enjoyable. I believe that no matter the reason why you want to learn a language, the student must not suffer in the process, on the contrary, the student must enjoy the new words, the grammar, the sounds that don't exist in his native language, just to mention a few.

So in this point of my life, when I have the possibility of teaching English and Spanish, I want my students to fall in love with a new ability that will change not only your way to communicate, but the way you understand communication. Learning a new language changes your mind because you learn new ways to structure a message, you learn words that don't exist in your native language and your thoughts get new ways to come out.

Now that you know more about me, I hope you can give me the chance to be your teacher. I am sure we can have a good time and learn a lot from each other.
